Services

One of the nice things about working for my most recent employer, is the wide range of jobs and therefore wide range of skills required to finish said jobs. It's a huge confidence builder.
ELECTRICAL is what like best. I especially enjoy lighting upgrades, probably because the results are so easy to see.

MOLD REMEDIATION. It can be a nasty job, especially if large and still wet. First thing is to identify and stop the moisture source. Then comes cleaning and removal of components too damaged to clean. That's where it can be tricky.

ODD JOBS.  The TV mount below wouldn't center in the room on a stud, so I adapted it with a board painted to match the wall.

Furnace filter was damaged, and needed repair.

A customer was out of town but needed a piece of furniture moved inside. I had to cut the lock out.

What I Provide

Solutions to improve and maintain your home. From standard small jobs, to larger tasks, and odd jobs. I have done quite a few. If I can't perform the tasks myself, I know guys who can, including big contractors. Each one of them I have worked personally with, and each one gives great quality service. I am in business to make a living, but I see no reason not to give great quality service at the same time.

These are just some of the materials I use when working. I follow codes and laws. I figure the folks making the building codes must have put a lot of time into them. How likely am I to just look at a situation and come up with a better idea in a few minutes.

In a strange array of events, I also sell Cutco cutlery. A set can be a wonderful and stylish addition to a new home, and just a single piece can be a much desired upgrade from 5$ knives at local supermarkets.
